The San Antonio Housing Authority is seeking public feedback on its plans to build mixed-income apartments on vacant land across from the Tower of the Americas and the Institute of Texan Cultures.
This will be the third mixed-income apartment development that SAHA has built, along with some townhouses, in the Victoria Commons area southeast of downtown. The housing authority has been trying to redevelop that area since tearing down the old Victoria Courts public housing project there in 1999 and 2000.
