New housing development offers affordable options in downtown

Opportunity Home San Antonio, in partnership with Franklin Companies, recently opened a 213-unit mixed-income apartment community at 110 Labor Street. The development includes 169 market-rate units and 44 units designated for low-income families through the Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) program.
